01Introduction and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the COLLOSEUM website, and any enquiry, application, tour, membership, coaching programme, event or other service offered by Colloseum Private Athletic Club (“COLLOSEUM”, “the Club”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By browsing the website, submitting a form, applying for membership or using any of our facilities, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Members may also be bound by a separate membership agreement, club rules and facility policies issued at the time of joining. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the more specific document applies to the matter it covers.

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free or that every detail (such as schedules, availability or facility descriptions) is current at all times.
05Enquiries, applications and tours
Submitting an enquiry, a membership application, a tour request or a callback request through the Website is an expression of interest only. It does not create a membership, a booking or any obligation on either side until we confirm it to you in writing.
We review every application individually and may ask for further information, an in-person visit or an assessment. Tours and trial sessions are offered at our discretion and are subject to availability, these Terms and any safety briefing given on the day.
06Membership
- Membership is offered by application or by invitation. Acceptance is at the Club's sole discretion and we are not obliged to give reasons for declining an application.
- The Club may limit the number of memberships in any tier, including founding memberships, and may open a waiting list.
- Membership is personal to you. It cannot be transferred, sold, lent or shared, and membership cards or access credentials must not be used by anyone else.
- The benefits, access hours and facilities included in each tier are those described in your membership agreement. Descriptions on the Website are a summary and may change.
- Members must keep their contact, emergency contact and medical information up to date.
- Renewal terms, notice periods and any lock-in period are set out in your membership agreement.
Members are expected to uphold the Club’s values of discipline, respect and honour, towards other Members, Guests, coaches and staff, on and off the training floor.
07Fees, payments, cancellations and refunds
- Fees for membership, coaching, programmes and events are those quoted to you in writing at the time of joining or booking.
- All fees are in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise.
- Payments must be made by the due date using the methods we accept. We may suspend access to the Services while any amount is overdue.
- We may revise fees on renewal or with reasonable prior notice. Revised fees will not apply to a period you have already paid for.
- Joining fees, assessment fees and fees for completed sessions are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
- Cancellations and refunds of membership fees are governed by your membership agreement. Event and programme cancellations are governed by the terms given at booking.
- If we cancel a paid session or event and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, we will refund the amount paid for it.
08Use of facilities and club rules
While on Club premises you agree to:
- follow all instructions from coaches and staff, posted signage and the club rules in force from time to time;
- use equipment only for its intended purpose, after any required induction, and report damage or faults immediately;
- wear suitable training attire and footwear, and maintain good personal hygiene;

- not bring, use or be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or prohibited performance-enhancing substances;

- keep Guests under your supervision and ensure they follow these Terms. Guest access is subject to Club approval and any guest policy.
Lockers and storage are provided for convenience. The Club is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings left on the premises, except where caused by our negligence. Items left behind may be disposed of after a reasonable period.
We may close, restrict or modify any facility for maintenance, private events, safety reasons or circumstances beyond our control.
09Health, safety and assumption of risk
Physical training, strength and conditioning, and combat sports such as boxing, mixed martial arts, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and wrestling carry an inherent risk of injury. By taking part you acknowledge these risks and accept them voluntarily.
- You must tell us, before you begin training and whenever things change, about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, medication or other factor that may affect your ability to train safely.
- We may ask for a medical clearance certificate before you start, or return to, any programme or contact sparring.
- You must stop training and inform a coach immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy or injured.
- Sparring and contact drills take place only under supervision, with the protective equipment specified by your coach.
- Coaches may refuse or stop participation at any time if they believe it is unsafe for you or others.
Our coaches provide guidance on training and conditioning. They do not give medical advice, and nothing they say replaces the advice of a qualified medical professional.
10Coaching, training and athlete development
Coaching and athlete development programmes are delivered by the Club’s coaches, clinicians and approved partners. Schedules, coaches and session content may change from time to time.
Selection for competitive, high-performance or athlete development pathways is at the Club’s discretion and may depend on assessment, attendance and conduct. We do not guarantee any competitive result, ranking, sponsorship or progression.
11Events
Events listed on the Website, including competitions, seminars, socials and open days, may be open to Members only, by invitation or to the public, as stated on each event. Participation may require registration, a separate fee or a signed waiver.
We may change the date, time, venue, line-up or format of an event, or cancel it, where reasonably necessary. We will notify registered attendees as early as we can. Third-party events held at the Club are subject to the organiser’s own terms.
12Photography, filming and use of likeness
We photograph and film training sessions, events and Club life for our website, journal, gallery, social media and promotional materials. By entering the premises or attending an event, you agree that you may appear in such material.
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, or would like an image of you removed from our channels, contact us at info@colloseum.in and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Members and Guests must not photograph or film other people at the Club without their consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, the law or our practices. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Significant changes affecting Members will be communicated by email or at the Club. Continuing to use the Website or Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
